Entries are missing from the call list

The call list in the FRITZ!Box user interface is empty or specific entries are missing.

Note:All instructions on configuration and settings given in this guide refer to the latest FRITZ!OS for the FRITZ!Box.

Simply proceed as described below. After each measure, check whether the problem persists.

1 Calls cannot be registered

Unanswered outgoing calls are never displayed in the call list.

2 Maximum number has been reached

The total number of entries in the call list is limited. The call list contains up to 399 entries (including incoming and outgoing calls). If more entries are added, the oldest entries are deleted.

3 FRITZ!Box was restarted

First, the FRITZ!Box saves the call list to its volatile (temporary) memory. Once an hour, it saves this call list to its non-volatile (permanent) memory. If you disconnect your FRITZ!Box from the power source (for example when using a timer, power strip) before the call list has been saved to the volatile memory, then all the data from the volatile memory is erased. If you would like to disconnect your FRITZ!Box from the power source, you can manually save the call list data to the non-volatile memory. In order to do so, open the FRITZ!Box user interface and select "System > Backup > Restart" to restart your FRITZ!Box.

4 Telephone is not connected to FRITZ!Box

Calls conducted with telephones that are not connected to the FRITZ!Box are never displayed in the FRITZ!Box's call list.

Note:If the FRITZ!Box is connected to your landline, only incoming calls that are not answered by the telephone are displayed as missed calls in the user interface.
